Mietell is a service that creates CG perspective drawings based on property information, making it easier to understand the image of the completed building. By providing potential buyers with a concrete image of the completed building, it becomes easier to lead them to purchase real estate.

The information required to create a perspective drawing is images of the property and basic information about the property. No blueprints are required.
Mietell's dedicated team will create high-quality CG perspective drawings based on the images you provide.

We can create perspective drawings even if you do not have images (photos) of the location, or even if the old house is included.
However, if you do not have an image, we will take a photograph (additional photography fee required) and then create the perspective drawing.

There are no initial costs when you install it.
A fixed monthly property listing fee (including the cost of creating the perspective drawing) will be charged for the conversion to perspective drawing and listing of the property. For more information, please see the service introduction materials.

After applying, you will need to operate the service from your dedicated My Page.

Basically, you will leave the design to Mietell's perspective production team.
However, there are some building requests that we can accommodate (such as specifying the number of floors of the building, the structure (wooden/reinforced concrete), and general exterior wall specifications (such as tiling), but there are also some that we cannot accommodate (such as specifying the window position, the front door position, the plants, the sky and climate). If you can provide us with reference images and other details, we will be able to create a more ideal perspective.

The CG perspective we create will be delivered as a PNG image measuring 1900px wide x 1140px high.

On average, it takes about one week. It may vary depending on the difficulty of the project and the creation status.

Generally, we do not accept corrections to perspective, so please carefully consider your request when making a request.

You can carry it over for one year from the month in question.
Example: If two items remain unused from January usage, those two items can be carried over to December usage.

This can be done with the custom-made perspective creation service "Mietell PREMIUM". The production fee is quoted for each project. We will create a high-quality perspective according to your wishes.

You can also select private setting when requesting perspective creation.

You can try out "perspective creation" and "listing on the Mietell site" for one property for free.
The created perspective can also be used as promotional material for your company.

You will be switched to PLAN5 one month after applying for the trial.
